Adv. Dr. Ujwala Pathak-Shinde practices as an Arbitrator and a Mediator. 

Graduation in Law from ILS Law College, Pune in 1985, Ujwala practiced independently at  Shivaji Nagar District Court handling all types of cases and working for builder clients. She started her academic career in 1999. Her PH.D. in Alternative Dispute Resolution system shows her keen interest in Arbitration and Mediation practice. She enjoyed her tenure as a Principal of Law College for around 20 years. Ujwala is empaneled at Bombay High Court as a Mediator and as an Arbitrator. Hon’ble Bombay High Court is pleased to refer cases to her for Mediation as well as for Arbitration. Ujwala is empaneled as an Arbitrator with Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM). With commerce background she has handled settlement cases skillfully. Ujwala is neutral and believes in win-win situation of the parties.
